Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • Tilapia or white fish- 1-2 per person (depending on size)
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp (or more) Old Bay seasoning

Directions

  1. Thaw Fish
  2. Mix old bay and almond flour in dish
  3. coat fish with flour mix until evenly covered
  4. Bake until flakey and white!

Tip:

  1. Serve with rice or Cauliflower rice and roasted brussels sprouts!
