Ingredients
- Tilapia or white fish- 1-2 per person (depending on size)
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp (or more) Old Bay seasoning
Directions
- Thaw Fish
- Mix old bay and almond flour in dish
- coat fish with flour mix until evenly covered
- Bake until flakey and white!

- Serve with rice or Cauliflower rice and roasted brussels sprouts!
